Potential Pilot Structure

  • Define one specific knowledge, training, communication, or issue-resolution challenge.
  • Begin with a limited group of authorized users.
  • Configure the initial pilot so Veteran PHI/PII is not required where feasible.
  • Measure usability, engagement, knowledge transfer, retention, communication effectiveness, issue resolution, and operational value.
  • Use pilot results to determine whether broader deployment or additional use cases are warranted.
